The hotel offers magnificent views from the rooms, including the bathroom, but falls short in English proficiency among staff. Despite the stunning views, my stay was slightly marred by language barriers. The proximity to local cafes and Sabah Suria mall is a major bonus.

My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and modern with breathtaking views, especially from the bathroom which offered a stunning sunset view. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. However, the slightly higher price tag is justified by the luxurious comfort provided.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right beside the Sabah Suria mall and close to the pier for boats to the islands. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the English-speaking skills of the staff could be improved.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with beautiful bathrooms, a great shower, and a big, very comfortable bed. The rooms were cozy and inviting until late, providing a perfect retreat. The location was prime, just beside the upscale Suria Sabah Shopping Mall by the South China Sea, offering easy access to all the main activities in Kota. However, the service was a bit lacking in hospitality knowledge and English proficiency. The dining experience offered a good spread of food with a very beautiful sea view, although there were nearly no food left on one occasion.
